Santino Defranco shows the JCBJJ December technique of the month
Santino Defranco took some time out from his training to show us one of his favorite techniques for our December Technique of the month.
Santino was on the Ultimate Fighter reality show and has trained many notable competitors including Drew Fickett, Efrain Escudero and Seth Baczynski.
He teaches full time at Southwest MMA and comes up to the MMA Lab from time to time to catch everyone in his triangle. Check out the video page for Santino’s technique.
